I take the opportunity to invite you to the M.Com (Human Resource Development) at Department of Business Administration , UCCMS,  M. L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur.

In todays highly competitive business environment, the roles and responsibilities of human resource professionals have become increasingly critical for corporate success. It is important for Human Resource Management professionals to understand human resource issues and management trends in a competitive global economy. MHRM programme realises the need to develop a strong vision for the companies and most importantly, for the people who work for them, apart from having a terrific sense of commitment, great motivational skills and leadership qualities. MHRM has been fortunate enough to have a strong backbone in the form of a TEAM of well-experienced and intellectual research oriented faculty members to provide quality management education. 

We consciously focus on flexibility in the content of MHRM to match industry needs. We look at continuous pursuit of excellence and innovative learning being the pathway. 

The Department of Business Administration, M.L.S.U. has done a pioneering work by starting a super specialized course on Human Resource Management which would cater to the need of the corporate world the challenge of education in new business context i.e. to develop new cognitive skills to manage complex organisation.
